Job Description

We are searching for a highly skilled Field Printer Technician who will be essential in maintaining and supporting printers in various client environments. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of printer models.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for client printers.
• Create and maintain informative guides for clients.
• Provide telephone support for minor issues.
• Assist other technicians as needed with complex repairs.
• Develop and implement best practices for printer management.
• Respond to emergency calls for printer malfunctions.
• Conduct audits of printer usage and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
• Build strong relationships with clients to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical degree or certification preferred

Experience

• Experience with multiple printer brands (e.g., HP, Canon, Epson) preferred
