Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Canberra team. This role involves providing exceptional support services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a knack for problem-solving and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for employees.
  • Set up user accounts and permissions in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in security management by ensuring antivirus and firewall settings are up to date.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide insights on enhancing IT services.
  • Support the management of IT assets and lifecycle management.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate IV in IT or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar IT technical support role
