Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tax Economist to join our team. In this role, you will analyze tax policies and provide actionable recommendations to minimize tax liability for our clients. Your insights will be critical in shaping tax strategies that comply with current laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of legislation and its implications for tax policy.
• Develop actionable strategies to enhance client tax positions.
• Prepare and review tax documentation and compliance filings.
• Monitor tax developments and communicate updates to clients.
• Lead discussions with clients on tax obligations and risk management.
• Utilize software tools for tax research and reporting.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Help shape tax policy recommendations for industry stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
• Document findings and maintain records of tax-related activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred

Experience

• Experience working with multinational corporations is advantageous
