Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patient pain and discomfort effectively.
• Educate patients on discharge instructions and follow-up care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the nursing department.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Support and mentor junior nursing staff and students.
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment in nursing units.
• Conduct outreach and health education programs within the community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a registered nurse

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
