Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Geelong. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity and design skills across various platforms, including digital and print media. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and deliver high-quality design solutions that align with their vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Conduct research on design trends and the competitive landscape.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts.
• Train junior designers and interns when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Additional certifications in UX/UI design are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a design role

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Sketch

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with web design tools like Figma or Webflow: Experience with designing and prototyping for web applications.
