Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing job placement services and coaching to clients. You will develop strong relationships with both job seekers and employers to effectively match talent with opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized employment services to job seekers.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform job search strategies.
  • Monitor client progress and provide tailored coaching.
  • Organise and facilitate training sessions and group workshops.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Foster partnerships with local businesses to create job placements.
  • Advocate for clients with employers to secure job opportunities.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to enhance service visibility.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Employment Services or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
