As a Food Batchmaker at ABC Bakery, you will play a vital role in our production process. Your primary task will be to mix and prepare dough according to our recipes, ensuring consistency and quality. Responsibilities

• Prepare and pre-mix batches of dough efficiently.
• Maintain records of dough preparations and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training new team members on mixing procedures.
• Participate in regular equipment maintenance checks.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Relevant food handling certification preferred.

Experience

• Experience in a bakery or food manufacturing role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of baking techniques
• Experience operating food production equipment

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Strong work ethic

Advantageous

• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy bags of ingredients: Strength and physical capability are important for this role.
• Prior experience in a food production or bakery environment is preferred: Previous exposure to a similar work environment is advantageous.
