Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop training programs.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of guest service staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management or guest services
