Job Description

As a Brush Fabrication Supervisor, you will take charge of overseeing the fabrication and assembly of industrial brushes. This role requires a solid background in brush fabrication, with a focus on ensuring production processes are efficient and cost-effective.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the brush fabrication team.
• Monitor production output and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Evaluate and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct staff evaluations and foster team development.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product quality.
• Prepare and manage budgets for production.
• Deliver training on best practices in manufacturing.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste.

Requirements

Education

• Tertiary qualification in engineering or manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role
