Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion with a focus on user experience.
• Use design software to create intuitive interfaces for our applications.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to improve designs.
• Create documentation to support design specifications and guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance user engagement.
• Analyze user data to inform design decisions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to innovative design solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• InVision

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Communication

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Accessibility Design: Understanding of accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams and environments.
