Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Toowoomba. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing assessment and therapeutic services to individuals facing various mental health challenges. With a focus on evidence-based practices, you will deliver high-quality interventions that promote mental well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose mental disorders in clients.
  • Design personalized treatment programs incorporating various therapeutic approaches.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
  • Assist clients in developing coping strategies and life skills.
  • Integrate feedback from clients to improve therapeutic outcomes.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Doctorate in Psychology strongly preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting required
