Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of client capabilities and needs.
• Design and implement effective therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client goals.
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to junior therapists when needed.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client assessments and treatment plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights.
• Assist in the development of community health programs related to occupational therapy.
• Educate clients about self-management strategies and resources.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities.
• Advocate for occupational therapy services within the health system.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is an advantage
• Registered with AHPRA

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

Certifications
