Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setter to operate and maintain our machinery for metal and plastic production. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up machines, ensuring quality output, and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate various foot press machines to cut and shape materials including metal and plastic.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet production standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Assist in the training of newer staff members.
• Document machine settings and production outcomes accurately.
• Adapt machine settings based on material types and specifications.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Manufacturing or Engineering preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operating similar machinery

Certifications

• Forklift Operator License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
