Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Heat Treating Equipment Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various heat treatment processes on metal and plastic components, ensuring optimum quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Run heat treatment cycles while ensuring correct operational parameters.
• Conduct metallurgical testing to assess the quality of treated components.
• Record data and report any anomalies during the operational process.
• Maintain an organised work environment and ensure equipment is clean.
• Assist in preparing reports for management regarding production and performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in Engineering or Metallurgy

Experience

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in heat treatment or a related field
