Helicopter Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Helicopter Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on our fleet of helicopters. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of helicopter systems, and will thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Assist in the development of maintenance procedures.
• Participate in safety audits and assessments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance team.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
• Relevant aviation engineering qualifications are highly regarded

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in helicopter maintenance, including specific model experience.

Technical Skills

• Electrical system troubleshooting
• Strong teamwork abilities

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Certifications

• High-risk work licenses
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
