Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you'll be critical in safeguarding our digital assets. Your role will involve identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You'll work collaboratively with IT teams to enhance our security posture while proactively responding to threats.

Responsibilities

• Develop incident response plans and execute them when necessary.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current security measures.
• Provide recommendations for improving organizational security posture.
• Conduct employee training on cybersecurity awareness.
• Work with legal teams to ensure compliance with data protection laws.
• Participate in penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is an asset

Experience

• 3-5 years in a cybersecurity role
