We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our proactive team in Launceston. This role involves managing diverse projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You'll be the go-to person for project planning, execution, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and establish key milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
• Implement project tracking tools and techniques for better visibility.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate project meetings and document action items.
• Ensure projects align with strategic business objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• PMP and Agile certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in managing projects

Technical Skills

• MS Project
• Risk Management

• Negotiation

Certifications

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma: Knowledge of process improvement and efficiency techniques.
