We are currently seeking skilled Meat, Poultry, and Fish Cutters and Trimmers to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing meat products while adhering to strict food safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
Remove excess fat and bones from meat cuts to prepare for packaging.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the processing area.
Respond to troubleshooting needs during the processing operation.
Ensure compliance with food safety certifications.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
Requirements
Education
Certificate II in Meat Processing
Food Safety Certificate
Experience
1-2 years of experience in meat processing or a similar role.
