Job Description

We are on the lookout for diligent Shuttle Drivers and Chauffeurs to join our growing team. The successful candidates will deliver rental cars to customers while ensuring outstanding service throughout the process. Your role will also involve providing assistance and resolving any customer queries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cars to customers efficiently and courteously.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and condition.
• Assist customers at the time of vehicle pickup and return.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fleet vehicles.
• Log vehicle mileage and fuel usage accurately.
• Offer assistance in troubleshooting basic vehicle issues.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize delivery routes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in the automotive or transport industry is an asset.

Technical Skills

• GPS navigation proficiency
• Basic vehicle maintenance skills

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Team player mentality

Certifications

• Valid Australian driver's license

Languages

• English: Fluent
