Golf Cart Attendant

Job Description

The Golf Cart Attendant plays a critical role in the seamless operation of our golf course by maintaining and organizing the golf carts, assisting golfers with their gear, and ensuring cleanliness across the facility. We value customer service and a passion for golf.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of golf carts to ensure safety.
• Manage the rental and returns of golf carts efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to golfers and ensure a great experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of carts and the staging area.
• Assist with logistical aspects of the golf course when necessary.
• Participate in safety training sessions.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Golf Course Manager.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with GPS systems: Knowledge of electronic systems used in golf carts.
