Job Description
As a Summer Camp Counselor, you'll play a vital role in providing a fun and safe environment for campers. You will be responsible for facilitating engaging activities, supervising camper interactions, and ensuring their overall well-being.
Responsibilities
Engage and inspire campers through various outdoor adventure activities.
Monitor camper behavior, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Coordinate logistics for transportation to and from off-site activities.
Provide first aid when necessary and ensure campers feel supported.
Contribute to the development of camper programs that enhance their learning and growth.
Actively participate in camp staff training and team-building exercises.
Requirements
Education
Relevant certifications in Recreation Management or Child Development are a plus.
Experience
Prior experience in camp counseling or youth leadership roles is advantageous.
