Responsibilities

• Lead by example to motivate and inspire athletes.
• Utilise sports analytics to enhance training efficiency.
• Coordinate with parents and guardians regarding athlete progress.
• Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and methodologies.
• Encourage athletes to set and achieve personal goals.
• Facilitate workshops and clinics for skill improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Advanced coaching certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in elite athlete coaching

Certifications

• Advanced First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
