Job Description

The Hockey Scout will be responsible for identifying talented hockey players and evaluating their potential for recruitment by a professional team. You will conduct evaluations, analyze player data, and provide recommendations to help shape our roster.

Responsibilities

• Scout players at local and national events, providing timely feedback on performance.
• Analyze game footage and statistics to evaluate player potential.
• Develop and maintain a database of player metrics and scouting reports.
• Organize and attend player interviews to assess fit with the team culture.
• Collaborate with the coaching staff to align on recruitment strategies.
• Monitor and report on player progress and development within the club.
• Participate in team meetings to strategize recruitment priorities.
