In this role, you will be responsible for teaching various martial arts disciplines, developing training programs, and inspiring students of all ages to reach their full potential. Responsibilities

• Deliver quality instruction across various martial arts disciplines
• Tailor lessons to ensure students of all skill levels can engage effectively
• Cultivate a positive and disciplined training environment
• Enhance student motivation through regular performance reviews
• Manage class schedules and attendance records
• Host workshops and seminars to expand community engagement
• Network with local martial arts organizations for events and competitions
• Develop relationships with students and their families to foster community support

Requirements

Education

• Certification in martial arts from a recognized institution

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Martial Arts Instructor

Technical Skills

• Karate
• Taekwondo
• Jiu-Jitsu

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Communication
• Patience

Certifications

• Black belt in a recognized martial arts discipline
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience teaching children: Prior teaching experience with kids and teenagers is desirable.
• Fitness certifications: Additional certifications like personal training or sports coaching are a plus.
