Job Description

As an Amusement and Recreation Attendant, you will oversee the fun house attraction to ensure a safe and thrilling experience for all guests. Your role encompasses operating the attraction, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the fun house, ensuring optimal guest enjoyment and safety.
• Implement and adhere to stringent cleanliness protocols.
• Engage with guests, answering their queries and enhancing their experience.
• Manage cash handling and ticketing processes efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues to ensure quick resolution.
• Work collaboratively with the team to uphold a friendly atmosphere.
• Attend all training sessions and apply learning in practice.
• Participate in community engagement and promotional events.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
