Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly of a diverse range of products, ensuring that all work is completed to high-quality standards and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Follow detailed instructions for product assembly.
Make use of hand tools and equipment efficiently.
Evaluate the quality of finished products and report findings.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Adhere to workplace safety and organization standards.
Participate in team meetings and suggest improvements.
Track completion of daily assembly tasks.
Provide support to junior assemblers as needed.
Assist in achieving team production goals.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certificate in mechanical engineering or related field is advantageous
Experience
Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is essential.
Technical Skills
Mechanical assembly skills
Electrical assembly knowledge
Experience with pneumatic/hydraulic systems
Lean manufacturing principles

Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
Experience with hydraulic equipment: Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems is a plus.
