Blender Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Blender Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blending equipment to produce high-quality food products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the blending process to ensure quality control.
• Prepare and measure ingredients, ensuring accuracy in the production process.
• Follow health and safety regulations during all operations.
• Coordinate with other production staff to maintain workflow.
• Record and report any discrepancies in production output.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.
• Act as a point of contact for equipment troubleshooting.
• Assist with training new operators as required.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate II in Food Processing
• Higher qualifications in food science may be regarded favorably

Experience

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food production environment is an advantage

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with ERP systems: Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning tools within manufacturing.
