We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our team in Coffs Harbour. The successful candidate will analyse financial data, develop forecasts, and provide insightful reports to support our strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct variance analysis on budgets and forecasts.
• Support long-term financial planning processes.
• Create financial models to evaluate potential business opportunities.
• Prepare presentations for senior management on financial performance.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for financial reporting.
• Assist in maintaining financial dashboards and KPIs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles
