Job Description

As an Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator, your primary role will involve operating and maintaining the adhesive bonding machines to ensure the production of top-quality products. You'll be responsible for adhering to customer specifications and company guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate adhesive bonding machines following detailed work instructions.
• Conduct quality checks on products and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with production staff to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Document all production metrics and machine performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in manufacturing preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry.

Technical Skills

• Experience with various printing machines
• Quality control knowledge

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certified Forklift Operator: Certification to operate forklifts and other lifting equipment.
• Previous quality control experience: Experience in quality inspection and control processes in a manufacturing setup.
