Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter to efficiently operate machinery in our busy manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will contribute to the production of high-quality animal by-products, ensuring safety and compliance throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee crushing operations to ensure worker and machine productivity.
• Implement best practices for material handling and waste disposal.
• Engage with the Quality Assurance team to address any product concerns promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Work closely with the Health and Safety team to uphold workplace standards.

Requirements

Education

• Previous experience in a related field is advantageous.

Experience

• Preferably 2-3 years in a manufacturing or processing role.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Aptitude
• Safety Protocols Compliance

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Forklift License (desirable but not required)

Languages

• English: Fluent
