We are seeking skilled Plating Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders who are experienced in operating and maintaining industrial machinery. The successful candidate will ensure top-notch product quality through attentive monitoring and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plating machines according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Assist in training new operators and team members as required.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a culture of safety in the workplace.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate suggestions to management.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering or relevant trade qualification

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Languages
