As an Ear Mold Laboratory Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our audiology team, focusing on creating customised ear molds for our clients. Your attention to detail and technical skills will ensure that all molds are produced to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Take ear impressions and fabricate custom ear molds to meet individual client needs.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment for precise production.
• Document all production processes to ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols.
• Engage with clients to explain procedures and answer queries.
• Integrate feedback from audiologists to improve mold designs.
• Facilitate efficient workflow within the lab to meet client deadlines.
• Support the introduction of new materials and technologies in the production process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in audiology or a related field

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ear mold production or a related field is required.
