We seek a motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team at Innovative Engineering Solutions in Central Coast. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing and overseeing electrical systems and components for a range of projects. You’ll collaborate closely with project teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while enhancing operational efficiency and sustainability within our designs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to project teams.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams for integrated project delivery.
• Lead project meetings to review progress and address issues.
• Develop training programs to enhance team skills.
• Ensure highest quality standards in all electrical designs and implementations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• MATLAB
• PLC Programming
• Circuit Design

• Analytical thinking

Certifications

• Registered Professional Engineer (RPEQ)
• Electrical Safety Compliance Certificate

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of energy efficiency standards: Understanding of AS/NZS standards for energy efficiency.
