The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services to our staff and clients. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Provide support for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
• Create user accounts and manage access rights.
• Ensure data backups are performed regularly and data integrity is maintained.
• Engage with vendors for equipment repairs and services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Certifications in networking or security are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role

Technical Skills

• Linux systems
• Remote desktop support tools

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
