Molder Helper

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Molder Helper to assist our manufacturing team with various tasks in the production process. The successful candidate will work closely with our skilled molders to ensure products are produced to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation of plastic injection molding machinery.
• Monitor the production process and ensure optimal machine performance.
• Keep track of materials and supplies needed for production.
• Follow precise instructions to prepare moulds and cores.
• Assist in the pouring of molten metal and removal of castings.
• Help troubleshoot minor issues during production runs.
• Adhere to company policies regarding health, safety, and hygiene.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss improvements and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No experience required, but previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Technical Skills

• Basic Math Skills
• Instruction Reading

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Plastic Injection Molding: Prior experience in a similar role or environment will be considered an advantage.
• Quality Control Knowledge: Experience with quality control processes in manufacturing is beneficial.
