As a Marksmanship Instructor, you will develop and implement training programs for individuals and groups focused on firearms usage and tactical operations. Your expertise will ensure that trainees receive comprehensive education in safety, proficiency, and tactical skills required in today’s challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed instructional plans that cater to different skill levels.
• Demonstrate firearm handling techniques and tactical operations effectively.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols during training.
• Provide hands-on training in tactical simulations and real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance program quality and delivery.
• Review and refine training equipment and instructional materials regularly.
• Lead post-training evaluations to assess effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
