Job Description

As the Marketing Operations Director, you'll spearhead the company’s marketing efforts, overseeing strategy development to execution. This role requires a blend of leadership, analytical skills, and creativity to ensure optimal performance and impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and refine marketing operations processes for scalability.
  • Engage in strategic planning sessions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform strategies.
  • Oversee the integration of marketing automation tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO and social media strategies.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and proactive problem-solving within the team.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Maintain awareness of competitors' marketing strategies and adjust accordingly.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand identity and messaging.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master’s in a relevant field preferred
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience managing marketing operations
