As a Health and Safety Engineer, you will develop and implement safety policies and procedures. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting safety audits, training employees, and fostering a culture of safety across our organization.
Responsibilities
Lead safety training sessions and workshops for employees.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of safety policies in practice.
Advise management on safety-related issues and improvements.
Research and report on emerging safety trends and technologies.
Actively engage employees in creating a safer workplace environment.
Assist in emergency preparedness planning and drills.
Compile and submit safety reports to regulatory bodies as required.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field
Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
Proven experience of 3+ years in safety auditing and risk assessment in an industrial setting.
Technical Skills
Experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS)
Familiar with Incident Reporting Systems

Experience in conducting safety training programs: Ability to create and deliver engaging safety training for employees.
