Job Description

As a Packaging and Filling Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring capsule filling machines to ensure the production of high-quality medication. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will be essential to our success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operation checks and ensure the machine is correctly configured.
• Collect samples for quality control analysis and document results.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth production workflow.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets while upholding safety standards.
• Help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Process Manufacturing or equivalent
• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• GMP Compliance Knowledge
• Inventory Management Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of FDA Regulations: Familiarity with FDA regulations is beneficial.
• Experience with Quality Control Systems: Experience in using quality control tools within a manufacturing setting is a plus.
