Job Description

We are seeking a highly-skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation in various litigation matters, with an emphasis on strong analytical skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Conducting depositions and witness interviews.
• Drafting and filing legal documents with the court.
• Researching case law and statutory law to support client cases.
• Collaborating with other attorneys on complex cases.
• Developing strategy for litigation and dispute resolution.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in legal legislation and practices.
• Mentoring junior associates and interns in legal practices.
• Creating and implementing case management strategies.
• Facilitating client meetings to discuss case status and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Law degree with a focus on Litigation
• Postgraduate qualifications in Law are a plus

Experience

• Experience working in a law firm environment preferred
