Job Description

As an Offshoring Manager, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive offshoring strategies, managing offshore teams, and reporting on performance to senior management to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of offshoring strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for offshore employees.
  • Continuously assess offshoring operations and recommend improvements.
  • Establish strong relationships with offshore partners and stakeholders.
  • Conduct performance reviews of offshore operations and teams.
  • Facilitate communication between offshore and onshore teams.
  • Implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
