Job Description

As a Manufacturing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the production process from start to finish. Your role will involve creating production schedules, overseeing quality control, and ensuring that manufacturing runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production process and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to meet production targets.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Analyse production data and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide feedback and insights to senior management on production efficiency.
• Foster a culture of safety and sustainability within the manufacturing team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Professional certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
