We are on the lookout for a passionate Bake Room Worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked goods, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency. If you love baking and have a keen eye for detail, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards before distribution.
  • Monitor baking times and temperatures closely.
  • Assist in product packaging and presentation for sales.
  • Support the bakery in achieving sales targets through quality production.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts within the bake room.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production updates.
  • Help resolve production issues swiftly to minimise stress on the team.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate III in Baking is preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a bakery environment

Certifications
  • First Aid Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
