Responsibilities

• Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards before distribution.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures closely.
• Assist in product packaging and presentation for sales.
• Support the bakery in achieving sales targets through quality production.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts within the bake room.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production updates.
• Help resolve production issues swiftly to minimise stress on the team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate III in Baking is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a bakery environment

Technical Skills

• Pastry Techniques
• Dough Preparation

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous Experience in a High-Volume Bakery: Demonstrated ability to handle fast-paced production environments.
• Language Skills: Ability to communicate in a second language is advantageous.
