Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Ushers and Ticket Takers to join our dynamic team at a leading entertainment venue in Sydney. You will be responsible for processing tickets, assisting guests, and ensuring the smooth operation of events.

Responsibilities

  • Handle ticket scanning and entry while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
  • Provide information about upcoming events and guide guests during their visit.
  • Report any maintenance needs or safety concerns to management.
  • Support the setup and breakdown of events as required.
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback for future improvements.
  • Assist in cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Provide a welcoming atmosphere to all patrons entering the venue.
  • Contribute to team efforts to ensure events run smoothly.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in the ticketing or entertainment industry is advantageous
