Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Ushers and Ticket Takers to join our dynamic team at a leading entertainment venue in Sydney. You will be responsible for processing tickets, assisting guests, and ensuring the smooth operation of events.
Responsibilities
Handle ticket scanning and entry while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Provide information about upcoming events and guide guests during their visit.
Report any maintenance needs or safety concerns to management.
Support the setup and breakdown of events as required.
Engage with guests to gather feedback for future improvements.
Assist in cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
Provide a welcoming atmosphere to all patrons entering the venue.
Contribute to team efforts to ensure events run smoothly.
Requirements
Education
