As an Operations Research Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Review and enhance existing procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders in process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a repository of process documentation and ensure easy access for all employees.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Develop presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with IT to utilize software tools for process mapping.
• Assist in training new staff on important operational procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to report on project progress and identify challenges.
• Actively seek feedback from employees to refine procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Business, or related fields
• A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in process analysis and improvement
