Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Economist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will apply economic theories to understand and solve environmental issues, developing policies that promote sustainability and resource conservation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects aimed at understanding the economic implications of environmental conservation.
  • Train and mentor junior economists in sustainable practices and methodologies.
  • Network with industry professionals to build partnerships for research initiatives.
  • Create presentations to effectively communicate complex economic ideas to clients.
  • Use advanced statistical software to analyse and interpret economic data.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Environmental Science, or related field
  • PhD preferred
Experience
  • 3-7 years of experience in ecological economics or a related field
