• Conduct field surveys and collect environmental data relevant to resource management.
• Analyse and interpret research data, preparing technical reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate on the development of sustainable environmental practices.
• Monitor compliance with environmental laws and adaptive management strategies.
• Work with government bodies and NGOs to facilitate conservation initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff in field research and data analysis.
• Attend meetings and workshops to promote conservation science and network with industry professionals.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• GIS Software Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS and QGIS for mapping and analysis.
• Statistical Analysis Software Experience with statistical packages like R or SPSS for data analysis.
• Environmental Laws In-depth knowledge of Australian environmental legislation and regulations.
• Analytical Thinking Exceptional skills in analysis and interpretation of complex data.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings.
• Teamwork Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certified Environmental Professional
• English (Fluent)

• Field Survey Experience: Hands-on experience conducting field surveys and ecological assessments.
• Vegetation and Fauna Surveys: Experience in identifying and surveying native vegetation and wildlife.
