Job Description
Join our team as a Conservation Scientist, where you'll analyse data on natural resources, craft conservation strategies, and collaborate with environmental professionals to ensure sustainable practices are upheld.
Responsibilities
Conduct field surveys and collect environmental data relevant to resource management.
Analyse and interpret research data, preparing technical reports for clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate on the development of sustainable environmental practices.
Monitor compliance with environmental laws and adaptive management strategies.
Work with government bodies and NGOs to facilitate conservation initiatives.
Supervise and mentor junior staff in field research and data analysis.
Attend meetings and workshops to promote conservation science and network with industry professionals.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Master's degree or higher in Environmental Science is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in environmental consulting or natural resources management
