UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will work closely with developers and product managers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for user research, prototyping, and delivering high-quality design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Translate conceptual ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Implement responsive design techniques to ensure optimal user experiences across devices.
• Work closely with developers on the implementation of designs and feedback.
• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX issues through user testing and feedback.
• Contribute to the design culture within the team by sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Mentor junior designers and help foster their development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in designing for e-commerce platforms: Previous work on UX/UI for online retail systems.
