Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Turkey Pickers to join our production team in Yarrawonga. You will be responsible for selecting and preparing high-quality turkeys for sale, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Select healthy and mature turkeys from the farm.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the Processing Technician for smooth operations.
• Maintain equipment and tools used in the picking process.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Experience in poultry or meat processing is advantageous.
