Job Description

As a Horticulture Superintendent, you'll take charge of managing our horticulture establishment, focusing on plant health, pest management, and staff supervision. This position is key to maintaining our reputation for excellence within the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage landscaping projects.
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations and training.
  • Inspect and evaluate plant health and soil conditions.
  • Coordinate with various departments for project alignment.

  • Prepare reports on plant health and project status.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced diploma in horticulture or business management is considered a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a horticulture leadership position
